Shilajit gives you wings, is worth the price!!
Benefits I’ve personally seen in myself from drinking shilajit: -A slow healing burn on my finger started healing way faster in two days (2 doses) -Way less acne prone skin, acne scar hyperpigmentation fades faster -More grounded -More happy -Wakes me up, but doesn’t make me anxious like coffee -Gave me energy to get out of bed when I had Covid (maybe helped me recover faster?) I’ve been doing other work too, but I do believe that shilajit has helped me improve my third eye function, regulate my menstrual cycle, think more positively, and worry less. I’ve was in the process of going off all my meds when I started drinking it (three meds for bipolar disorder and a stimulant for ADD) and I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been, both physically and mentally, no exaggeration whatsoever. I’m not worried about regressing into mental instability at all, and I don’t feel like I need to. People are surprised when I tell them I stopped taking my meds and ended up better off. I now genuinely want to live a healthy, natural life. It doesn’t feel like I’m coercing myself into wanting that. I crave simple, plant-based foods and spending more time outside. I appreciate the natural wonders of this world more and being alive. I’m not going to say shilajit was the only cause for these benefits, but I do think it helped! I say it’s worth the price because you only use a tiny bit at a time (like the size of the eraser on the end of a pencil or less). Buying this size and consuming a dose a day will last you several months at a minimum, and possibly over a year. It doesn’t taste very good on its own. It’s very bitter and kind of tastes like tires, BUT: mix it into a cup of hot water, throw in some tea (green teas, reishi/chaga mushroom teas, and fruity herbals are usually what I do, except I wouldn’t recommend orange flavored teas bc the combo tastes like horse shit), and/or some lemon and honey and it’s actually really enjoyable!! You could mix it with juice or kombucha, but you’ll probably have to mix it into a small amount of hot liquid first because it seizes up in cold temps. I’ll leave a pic below of a tiny bit of shilajit in hot water with matcha powder, lemon, and honey. I was a little skeptical at first, but I love it!
